CONSIDER ADDING A FEATURE TO ENABLE/DISABLE DOWNLOAD OF FILES/DATABASE

Hello,
Kindly consider adding a feature that prevents the site developers from downloading files and databases of a site when developing or modifying the site. This feature can be enabled or disabled at the reseller control panel side such that the site owner, can easily request the website host to enable it or disable it when he or she is to hire developers to modify his website.

Because it pains to hire a developer and pay him a lot of money to modify your site and same time goes away with a copy of your project files at no cost.

Please consider adding that feature.

It's called don't give them the credentials to access the backend while developing. Or invest in ionCube and encode your work, and license it for a time period.

Thanks for your reply. But how do i prevent them from accessing the backend and yet they have to access the site's phpmyadmin to modify the database and the website source code  while modifying the website.

YOu can create a database user for them to access mysql with a different password.  They can access that via (hostname)/pma
