Free Hosting Addon Centos 7

Hello I am using CentOS 7

I looked in /usr/local/cwp/.conf/ for

free_hosting_key.conf

free_hosting_allowed.conf

and they did not exist.

I created them and used the URL given in the instruction for this API and nothing happened

Any Suggestions of help would be great i would like to offer free email
