LETSENCRYPT CENTOS7

So I have 2 servers, centos 6 and centos 7.  I had ssl for all of my domains with letsencrypt on centos6.  Now on centos 7 it says not supported.  But if I hit the install letsencrypt, it says installed.  Is it installed and functional or NOT?

Yep, it still works on both CWP 6 & 7

We just won't receive any further updates or development on the LetsEncrypt module as they have officially moved back to the SSL Cert Manager.

Did they say why they've gone that direction? We found the Let's Encryt feature ideal.

Admin says the Lets Encrypt module was buggy (I have to agree as had to use page rules, http>https & https://www > 301 > https:// to get everything to work flawlessly).

I took the plunge & set up my SSLs today using the SSL Cert manager. It was super simple & works like a dream (they seem to use LetsEncrypt supplied SSLs BTW). I no longer need the pages too.

The error you mentioned wasn't an issue for us because we forced everything to https:// via .htaccess. Honestly, I forgot that bug was there. 

We'll try the new system next time we install an SSL.

Are you recommending that we use self signing certificates or are you recommending that we go out and buy certificates for each domain?  My understanding is that SSL certificates cant be shared.

you need to reinstall the certs, use autossl

autoSSL will install letsencrypt and ot works much better then old letsencrypt module and now you have all certificates on the same place.
Note that autoSSL is not available in cwp versions 0.9.8.1xx.

Instructions say:
Install SSL Certificate (Self Singed - exception needs to be added in your browser)

now you will need buy SSL Certificate providing output of "BEGIN CERTIFICATE REQUEST" to SSL seller company.

This is not good.  Who will add exception? Nobody!

Just use the SSL Cert Manager to install your SSL's. It will install a different SSL issued and signed by LetsEncrypt for every domain and/or sub domain that you ask it to.

No sharing and no self signed Certs

AutoSSL certainly makes things a 1 click operation.....

 becuase like all coinsil said, no one work, is not true that with auto ssl we can create valid letsencrypt certificate, the point is that now after an update of a fresh server isntalled one month ago, I have 3 production domain, without sll, and now one fix is possible with all documentation provided.

Auto ssl actualy only create self signed certificate.

I'm running LetsEncrypt normally under Centos7.
