Not able to create Drupal or Wordpress CMS website

Hi, I try to create Drupal with composer, getting files all good but when I go into the installation steps become 404 error after put in the database information.

Checked database install some data tables not all.

Tried using the addon install Drupal, it will show install success but the web folder have no files and no database. Web page show 404 error.
Tried using the addon install Wordpress, it will download the files but web page shows 404 error.

WCP status:
CWPpro version: 0.9.8.1025
PHP version: 7.4.12
MySQL version: 10.3.27-MariaDB
Web Servers: nginx-only

I have been working on it for a few days and still not able to make it work.
Anyone can help?

Any updates on the reason why this isn't working?

try checking logs as it might be related to something like mod_security
