Hi
Rightnow restore option is not Working(available) in restore account in newbackup beta.
If you have backup file then you can restore it manually
by creating database, weebsites, mails seperately

if you have them compressed, you will have to untar/unzip the file. Then manually cp -Rf the folders to their appropriate places.

Web Files -> /home/(user)/public_html
Email -> /var/vmail/(domain)
mysql -> mysql << (database).sql
ssl certs -> /etc/pki/tls/(private|certs)/domain.(private->.key)(certs->bundle|crt)
Anything else, you'll have to post so I can look it up.
