Varnish Bug in CWP WebUI (CentOS Stream)

Hi to all of you,

I was wondering if somebody came across a bug in the CWP WebUI for Varnish as you can see below:

Varnish is nevertheless installed as you can see from below:

Does anybody have an idea how to fix it?
