500 internal Server Error

Im trying to put a website on CWP but I upload all files on my user public_html, i fixed user permissions and is not working, says:

The owner files in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/ must be nobody. Also, you should to use a user home directory.

1. Files owner (into /home/kennys/public_html ) must be kennys .
2. Permissions to files must be 644 and 755 for directories, into /home/kennys/public_html
3. Check the log file:
