Apache not listening on 443 and apache + nginx wont work say other is using port

Apache not listening on 443 and apache + nginx wont work say other is using port 80 or 443
Single apache is also not wokring wont listen to 443. I was installing FFMPEG and i think something broke.
Tried rebuilding apache , wont help , still wont listen to 443

Hi, Apache uses ports 80 and 443 only if you using Apache only. If you will start with Apache+nginx then nginx will use the ports and proxying traffic to Apache.
