Title: Configure Apache to all HTTP "PATCH" request method

I am using EspoCRM and the application required Web server to accept HTTP request method for "PATCH", Right now I use CWP7.

Could somebody guide me how to configure Apache to accept.

** I have link screenshot where the 403 (Forbidden) shown on the EspoCRM whenever I have update some data inside it.
