Applying .htaccess rules for compression/browser cache is not compatible with your server setup. Please make sure you have the following Apache modules enabled: mod_deflate, mod_expires, mod_headers, mod_mime, mod_rewrite.

Remove the comment (#) from the modules to be loaded, save the file, restart httpd

It might be that opencart is trying to read/gather data/information from the httpd standard directory -> etc/httpd. Quite a few apps with dependency on httpd just assume the standard httpd installation path and do not recognize cwp-httpd as actual httpd.

The httpd provided by CWP is somewhat tailored, called cwp-httpd and installed in -> /usr/local/apache.
