All the documentation says that if you have apache2 installed, these commands should be there in /usr/sbin.
I did all the due diligence of googling it first. Some said it was an issue with the PATH not including where these programs are. Not in my case -- on my server, they are completely absent. And yes, I have Apache2 installed.
I do know that CWP installs its own Apache2 and that, in fact, many times I have issues when updating software. I get this message "You might have installed Apache2 directly. Click here to fix this." Not quite sure what's happening there. BUT it does suggest that I need to resort to CWP about this -- it's not like I'm running a bare server that I can just install/uninstall Apache2 with no side effects, know what I mean? In short, I DON'T want to break CWP in the process.
So how do I resolve this? Missing this utilities is seriously hampering what I'm trying to do.
