Apache 2.4 isn't default version for centos 6 and in short, that isn't supported until we don't start to supporting it with centos7.

CentOS moto is "stability over all else" so some custom upgrades will decrease server stability.
But in most cases issue could be with your website or some custom modules you added.

But I asked for any solution to this or how to debug it so that I can find where or in which module the memory is leaking?

No good support here for this panel? Atleast suggest me some ways in which I can debug the memory leak and solve it.

cPanel and Plesk Panel is using Apache 2.4 in CentOS 6. I don't know how you guys are developing the panel :/ Very short updates and very bad user feedback response.

Apache 2.4 have a known bug with mod_ssl, if you use mod_ssl try to start httpd without it.
