Title: How to install mod_ratelimit?

This is quite a useful module, but it needs to be compiled into Apache, I think.
Moreover, I couldn't find anything mod_ratelimit.* anywhere on my server.
You can't seem to download the .c file separately.

Hello,

first: the CWP does not support Apach 2.4 yet
second: you can install any mod manually with Apache rebuild in CWP.
