How to set Alias Mapping URLs to folder

i have domain and main web on   www.domain.com  document root is /home/user1/public_html

i want set Alias Mapping URLs to folder  www.domain.com/cbi  document root is /home/user1/cbi

You can change it in vhost config to any dir you want

i add

Alias to /usr/local/apache/conf.d/vhosts.conf

Apache Webserver   show    httpd dead but subsys locked
