http server test page issue

hi

all the sudden i found all my domain giving 403 forbiden error after so i disabled mod secutriy now all my domain is stuck with http server test page

any help will be appreciated
i tried to follow http://wiki.centos-webpanel.com/default-page-displayed-for-all-domains

but still no luck

I do not understand why did you disable mod_security xD I believe there something else but won't not guessing since too many reasons.
I recommend you ask CWP support or some compitent sysadmin to check your server logs and configuration.
