Installing website on on CWP why is it so damn complicated ?

hi so i have tried VestaCP and now trying to learn CWP, however from fresh install there is just too much issue i have from the get go, 

the index.php i upload to my  dir    /home/user/public_html is not showing instead i get what's in DIr    /usr/local/apache/htdocs   although i never specified or pointed to /usr/local/apache/htdocs during installation nor in settings.

Also one thing after fresh install why do i have to rebuild server in order to create new   user account or edit packages *-*?

Please help how can make my domain points to dir /home/user/public_html/  instead of /usr/local/apache/htdocs/

you maybe have nat network and then you need to enable it, instructions are on the cwp wiki
You should select webservers you would run (you can change later) and then after that, you get all the features unlocked.
