Nginx intermittent

Nginx intermittent issues for the last 20 hours.
I visit several sites that use CWP in the Uk, Netherlands USA, Canada and they are all having intermittent very slow loading issues.
Anybody else noticing this?

I do not know much about server problems to be honest, but even friends from different countries tell me they are having the same issue.

I changed server to Apache only to sort of solve the issue but everything is running fine right now.

Where are you located? Is it just regional network congestion? I have one CWP server using nginx and it is having no issues. Likewise my CWP server using apache is responding nominally as well.

Uk canada Usa Netherland we all had the issue at the same time using Web Servers: nginx-apache i jumped to apache only to stay up.
