NO mod_dav_lock when compiling Apache

Under Apache rebuild I have added to the compiler
--enable-dav
--enable-dav-fs
--enable-dav-lock
--enable-auth-digest
--enable-authn-core
--enable-authz-core

Once completed adding LoadModule dav_lock_module modules/mod_dav_lock.so throws an error wont start apache and checking in
usr/local/apache/modules their is NO mod_dav_lock.so.

Any sugestions I'm trying to get nextcloud working with WEBDAV
