Hi,
I have setup webserver using CWP and moved magento files from old server to new CWP sever. Getting this error.
While checking error.log I'm getting this error.
How to fix the error globally for all accounts.

Hi.
It means you can't use php_flag/php_value in .htaccess.
You have to use php.ini files into your web site home directory.
