This site can’t be reached

Hello

I reinstalled the CWP.
I set a database and user with the details of the wp.config file.
I uploaded the files if the folder and set the domain to it like before too but it says "This site can’t be reached".

*When I try do instal a new fresh version of Wordpress as a test it gives the same error.
 
*When We installed CWP there were 8 mysql databases in PHPMYADMIN like "root_cwp" or "postfix"

What is the problem?

I tried on another domain and could see the wordpress installation page on http://x.1.com/
but I cannot have http://x.2.com and I get "This site can’t be reached" there.
What is the difference?What was my wrong?
