Automatic Backup Script isn't generating backup

The automatic backup script not generating backups however the same script if we run manually and it works. I would appreciate if you could help me with.

hi check that cron service is working check the log for any error.

I have done with the both steps, no error found in logs also the cron is working. However still issue is persist.
