backup issue

guys i have set mysql databases to backed up daily but there's no backup file created in backup folder yet is there any manual way to invoke the command or like how to check when the command executes at what time or so

are you certain that the backup for accounts and in the backup configuration are enabled ?
Also checking if crond works would be good

you can simulate a daily backup by sending this 2 commands to your SSH:

/usr/local/cwp/php54/bin/php -d max_execution_time=1000000 -q /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/cron.php

/usr/local/cwp/php54/bin/php -d max_execution_time=1000000 -q /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/cron_backup.php
--

But make sure your backup folder exists and if it's enabled :)

Hi,
  How to check backup folder?
i am getting email and found that mysql backup is not running or cron job is not running properly.

I am getting error like
Date which backup script is using: 2015-08-23 01:28:04

Those are just undefined system (PHP) variables, it doesn't compromise the whole process, don't worry
