User Full Account Backup is Not Working
« on: November 23, 2020, 07:06:17 PM »
CWPpro version: 0.9.8.1023

Log into user control panel and perform a "Full account" backup under File Manager >> Backup Manager. I only get 63MB when there's over 700MB total. Inside the full-account-backup_xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.tar file seems to be missing the home directory.

If you manually backup each parts and download each parts then it works fine.

Anyone knows how to solve this?

Same here, using the manual "full backup" gets everything EXCEPT home.

I assume the intent is to backup everything including the home folder?

I'm also experiencing the same issues.

Users are unable to create a full backup for their account.
