download backup

after i did backup the file size was about 5 GB, when I try to download it to my pc always I get the following error

This site can’t be reachedThe webpage at https://******:2031/cwp_31130a5eb8a60fff35e1f31c8a1bf319/admin/fileManager_v2.php?action=download&file=/home/tmp_bak/.backup_temp/**//****.tar might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Yes it can be problematic to download large files from cwp over browser.

It is better to download your backup using FTP/SFTP

if you use backupbeta just point the download to /home/user/public_html/balbalfolder/


then put the full link to browser or FDM or IDM or .. other stuff

The benefit of FTP/SFTP over an HTTP/HTTPS download is that the other protocols allow the download to be resumed if it is interrupted.
