Cant create e-mail account

Hi everyone,
Im using latest cwp 0.9.8.197 on centos 6.8. When I go to create e-mail I get this:

Can someone figure out whats wrong?

try run /scripts/update_cwp

do you see email accounts on the list ? and is this a new release or some older version update ?

No no accounts list. I have centos 6.8 with CWP version: 0.9.8.198 this is the version on fresh install.
