Centos x64 Web Server

Before install I did an update of Centos6 x64 minimal to Centos6 x64 Base Web Server
Think I saw "Apache fail to start " message scroll thru screen however install finished with no other problems
and got ending message

go to CentOS WebPanel Admin GUI at http://SERVER_IP:2030/

However when i went to http://SERVER_IP:2030/ browser hung with "no page found "
Was tempted to reinstall right away . However waited for about 5 mins
Rebooted srvr and tried again but got same message "no page found "
Then fired up my browser again but got the same message "no page found "
So went to Apache from command prompt on Srvr console "started" Apache however still got same message  "no page found "
This time I chkconfig Apache before another reboot
Finally after 3rd reboot I was able to access Admin page http://SERVER_IP:2030/
And have been to do so after /w no problems

Q. Is Centos6 x64 Base Web Server permitted with CWP install ?
