CWP disk space for new user

Hi!

I have CWP, all ir configured, and works very good, but is one small problem. I make new package, with 500MB disk/space quota. When new user login in account, it shows that - Disk Space: 267MB / 500MB ( 53%). No files has copied to public_html, all is clean. Where is the problem? I use OpenVZ VPS, and support enabled quota for me.

first two accounts on the openvz have this issue with quota, so you can setup two empty account and delete them and then create again.
