Title: Emails go straight in the queue! How to fix this?

Hello Community,

we have a problem, all emails go straight in the Queue and don't get in the Postbox, we need to process the queue manual, how can we fix this?
We have searched here, but have not found the correct topic. Please help. Thank you.
