I implemented Restore 1 sever and when it came to the new server it reported this error:

Starting nginx: nginx: [emerg] bind() to 172.104.33.152:80 failed (99: Cannot assign requested address)
[FAILED]

172.104.33.152 << Old server

172.104.56.32 << new sever

change ip in cwp settings and then rebuild vhosts

Then still can not turn on nginx
