How to httpd is stopped Auto start ?

I use vps. l reboot vps after . no start Apache Webserver httpd is stopped
The system does not work
and how to errog_log stop ? Is always writing

Hi,
Please check httpd service start
To check httpd service will start after reboot
chkconfig --list | grep httpd
To start automatically
chkconfig httpd on
