Can't update CWP Files (The encoded file expired) (can't update CWP files)

Well known problem, so i wan't to update files manually:

cd /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs

wget dl1.centos-webpanel.com/files/cwp/cwp2-0.9.8.945.zip
unzip -o cwp2-0.9.8.945.zip
rm -f cwp2-0.9.8.945.zip
But i have permission error...

removed immutable tag, worked fine now

Yes, anything under /usr/local/cwpsrv you will have to clear the immutable bit.
