I can not access the site through the domain

Hi, I have a vps, with several websites, most are already online, except one, which still does not work with their respective domain.
In the vps, I have only stored the sites, the dns are in Godaddy.
As additional information, if I ping a domain.com it works, but if I do it to www.domain.com, no.
Any idea where I can check this topic?

Try do not use www. Also check if domain.com and www.domain.com have A record and was added in CWP.

I just ran into that problem for some reason after pro upgrade. I woke up in the morning and I saw my site with a big O 403 Forbidden. The thing is that I cant reach it by going to mydomain.com but I CAN reach it by going to www.mydomain.com. But I can go to mydomain.com:2030 ? by using port its good without port no good.

Whats going on here?

Also every other domain work except the main one.

Care to share the solution with the rest of us?

There was another domain loaded on the same system as mine, but with the www, and no DNS record.
Then when entering the domain with the www showed error, to solve it had to delete the other domain with www.
