Private IP Becomes public IP

Hi I have a weird one.
all is working internally but when I ssh into a server I have on the internet and do a nslookup I get my private ip address e.g 192.168.x.x rather then my public IP address e.g 88.x.x.x all the Nameservers at my service providers are set correctly, it must be something small but I can't figure it out. it must be the server giving it out as it is the servers IP address any help would be appreciated.

in DNS should be set your external IP address. In the CWP should be turned on "NAT-ed mode"
