Problems with ClamAV

Hello,

ClamAV does not start and I try to restart it but he tells me an error:

ERROR: Can't get information about user clamav.
[FAILED]

Who will have an idea of where this may come from?

nano /etc/clamd.conf

find AllowSupplementaryGroups Yes
to
#AllowSupplementaryGroups Yes
