Unable to reset user account password

Hi,

We are running cwp Version 0.9.8.153.  while reset the user account password show bellow error  log and not reset password.

my password is CNtmao3O

/bin/bash: line 1: CNtmao3O: command not found
/bin/bash: line 2: CNtmao3O: command not found

Please help me on it.

Hi,

I have shared back end log from file /usr/local/cwpsrv/logs/error_log.   I have not revived any error in frontend.
Even i observed that  whenever i have new account, it is suspended automatically. i think  due to password not set.

Please revert me your suggestion.

you need to set the password when creating account

Yes, I was put it  but  while create new account with  generated password, still facing same issue
