Title: userdir question

I created a package via your package manager, then created a user: The domain isn't propogated as of yet and I wanted to check the account via: http://i.p.addy.here/~acct and I get a 403 error telling me that Info icon 
The website declined to show this webpage

Most likely causes:
•This website requires you to log in.
 
   
Any ideas on what to do?

I added a second domain one that was already propagated to the server and it loads the same page

Hi, check the log file /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log
