CentOS6 Upgrade error

you need to check what error is in the error log of the cwpsrv, error paths are on the wiki, but there is also a short way to fix this

yum reinstall cwpsrv cwpphp
sh /scripts/restart_cwpsrv
and if that doesn't help then also try this
