Security - Hide all processes if not owned by the user [STATUS: DISABLED]

Hi everyone,

Got this problem that I can't enable the protection - have setup a user, ran the test
and that came back with :-
20001 martindp  30  10  2700 1048  788 R  2.0  0.0   0:00.03 top -n1 -bc   
and
martindp 20003  0.0  0.0   2996  1004 ?        RNs  13:48   0:00  |       \_ ps auxf

all the rest are system users. but still can't enable this option.
can any help me ?
