You probably need to enable the NAT option in CWP for it to set everything to the local IP and use the global IP.  I've never messed with a NAT setup, so I'm not really sure how that all works.

With CWP you don't need to upload the WordPress script.

It's built into the panel, and also can be installed via Softaculous for end users.

if emad-host.online is your server name, you most likely need to put the files for the site under /usr/local/apache/htdocs/

If it's a user account, they should go under /home/(user)/public_html

I'm not sure what help we can be if we don't know how you have it configured.   Once again, you never answered if this is a computer behind a NAT router or not.  I'm guessing yes, but can't confirm.

As @rcschaff mentioned, More information is needed.

Is this a home network using NAT or public network?
What distro are you trying to install CWP onto?
VPS or Dedicated?

Not trying to be mean, we all started somewhere.
It also sounds like you might be in over your head, and actually need more of a hosting account or Managed server.

Can't answer a problem, without knowing what's going on and how you have Your network setup.

At this point, I would recommend you hire an onsite sys admin that can help you do whatever you are trying to do.

Because if you don't know the difference between NAT & Public, and it's Your setup, you are in way over your head.
