What is your configuration?  Nginx -> Varnish -> Apache, Nginx -> Apache, Apache Only.

We need to know more information to be able to move forward with any help

I am too facing the same issue. After installing Node.JS Manager and installing an application, I cannot access my old website using Apache.

I tried rebuilding Apache, Apache with PHP-FPM but still the issue is persisting.

The same error throws up, i.e. 503 Service Unavailable.

It could be that PHP-FPM is not running, or one of the services in the chain is not running.  Need to know how you have it configured to help you out.
