Javascript files in catch?

Goodafternoon.

I have a problem that has to do with a catch.

When I upload a new javascript file via FTP. When I then call this file via the browser, it is not updated. I have disble browser catch and tried multiple browsers ..

I think it has a theme with an apache setting

I hope you can help me.
