Title: connection refused trying to log into cwp.. sites are working though

after over a month of flawless performance i tried to log into CWP today and the connection is being refused on 2030.. my router and firewall are set to allow this port.... what happened?? how to fix?  no matter the browser xfxtech.com:2030 using either http or https is refusing connection

try restarting your router

didn't fix the problem, it's like CWP suddenly stopped listening to port 2030

I wiped and reinstalled CWP was working fine until I clicked to install softaculous now it's refusing connections to cwp again

I think that softaculous is breaking CWP.
