Control panel test page

hi i made a account for user  and uploaded all the files to that users name  when i try and  open the url all i get is http server test page even though i have renamed the index  and not showing the proper index for site  has any one got any ideas how to fix this

ok  sorry when i try and view my site all i get is the control panel test page  even tho it is renamed  i am running centos 7 and also wp7 also  i set up a user account  and made my domain  and then ftp my files to public html

check the creation of vhost and how the documentroot was created for this account

thanx i also tried to install prestashop  from user panel it went all right but when i try and view  the site i get The requested URL /presta/ was not found on this server. and it is as the user panel put it there ? please help
