CPanel Migration
« on: October 18, 2018, 05:27:33 PM »
Hi everyone! I´m trying to use the cPanel migration, last time I used (a week ago maybe) it worked fine, no errors. Today, I´m trying to migrate a small account, 32MB targzipped but it´s stuck on the second phase "account create".
Looking at the log, I found this:

2018-10-18 17:04:12 Exploring user directory in the backup :
2018-10-18 17:04:12 Successful User Validation
2018-10-18 17:04:12 {"user":"","domain":"grep: \/home\/tmpback\/tar:: No such file or directory\ngrep: backup-10.18.2018_17-00-48_tiamarcia:: No such file or directory\ngrep: time: No such file or directory\ngrep: stamp: No such file or directory\ngrep: 2018-10-18: No such file or directory\ngrep: 17:00:51: No such file or directory\ngrep: is: No such file or directory\ngrep: 10599.380675853: No such file or directory\ngrep: s: No such file or directory\ngrep: in: No such file or directory\ngrep: the: No such file or directory\ngrep: future\/cp\/: No such file or directory","action":"add","pass":"e654ee","email":"grep: \/home\/tmpback\/tar:: No such file or directory\ngrep: backup-10.18.2018_17-00-48_tiamarcia:: No such file or directory\ngrep: time: No such file or directory\ngrep: stamp: No such file or directory\ngrep: 2018-10-18: No such file or directory\ngrep: 17:00:51: No such file or directory\ngrep: is: No such file or directory\ngrep: 10599.380675853: No such file or directory\ngrep: s: No such file or directory\ngrep: in: No such file or directory\ngrep: the: No such file or directory\ngrep: future\/cp\/: No such file or directory","package":"2","inode":0,"limit_nproc":40,"limit_nofile":100,"server_ips":"177.54.157.89","backup":"ON"}
2018-10-18 17:04:13 {"status":"Error","msj":"Check All Fields (only lower caps are allowed and no special characters or empty spaces)"}
2018-10-18 17:04:13 Error trying to create the account (Check All Fields (only lower caps are allowed and no special characters or empty spaces))

Does anyone had this issue before? The source backup was made from the cpanel account, regular full backup, the /home/tmpback contains the uncompressed files.

Any help is welcome! Thanks!

G.

Found out the problem, the tar file was created using a future timestamp, a wrong timezone config.

I'm always getting this error "There is an error, please check that the account no longer exists". Any ideas what's that about?

I see that cPanel backup was just unpacked and moved into /home/tmpback directory, that's it. I'd like to switch from cPanel to CWP on a bunch of servers, but what's wrong with migration functionality?
