PHP is not working on user accounts

when I add a user and domain the php isn't working on that account, just html they cant install wordpress or any other app   

sorry found the issue, it was a path issue, I guess Apache had the vhost added as my local ip address not the server's ip, I changed it manually and all works and installed wordpress
