Title: Cron add/list does not work cpanel

1. Can not create cron under cpanel (logged as user) module=crontab
2. This module does not load any crons.

When I login into whm as root I see for this user 2 cron entries.

Second thing - user's crons are not executed

How are you testing? Does the user cron do tasks within the power of the user to execute? Can you log the output of your cron test and confirm?
