Title: cURL error 77

Hello, seems it happened on 02.11.23, maybe an update.
First saw it when updraft started to get errors, then also when updating themes in WordPress.

So what could cause that issue and how to fix?

Tried yum update ce-certificates, did not help.

Server restart helped, some updates probably made some changes

That's usually one of the first steps in troubleshooting. You can bang you head against the wall for hours but sometimes a simple restart cures a host of odd behaviors.
