It seems like you have to manually reinstall CWP. Or you can try /scripts/update_ioncube

[root@backup-iix2 ~]# /scripts/update_ioncube
tar: ioncube_loaders_lin_*.tar.gz: Cannot open: No such file or directory

mv: cannot stat ‘ioncube/’: No such file or directory
