cwp7 pro + managed support is not worth it !!!

HI guys,

i want to mention this to everybody !!! it is imp to make a note ., even though we had paid cwp7 team to slove our issue nothing sorted!

we do have a server which is in cwp pro+managed support and we do pay monthly bills without issue for these services, even this cant help i think soo!!!

how much we have to pay without using the service of your cwp7 ,

the issue is from january month end and we had raised a tickets one by one ..
it is in porgress from over a month and one ticket they didnt even reply !!

BUt they charged me for feb and march also great 

its not about money! it is about trust !!

I have said on several occasions that CWP is dead. We have been moving everything to Hestia for a while now, if you have any idea of ​​server administration, you will do well, we have reduced the support fee to almost 0.

I guess you can quit griping and move on, then. For me, $15 annually is close enough to $0.

yes i am intermediate level server admin, thats why i opted manged support here as a backup option in case of any big issue.

If CWP7 cannot resolve issues despite managed support payments, I’ll have to reconsider whether this service is worth keeping.

I think the two are separate issues. CWP Pro is a good value at its annualized price. Managed support may not be a good value if you are not getting your expectations met. Maybe look into per-incident pricing instead or look into a mercenary sysadmin (perhaps I qualify) for as-needed support.

But CoriaWeb Hosting is actively evangelizing here for Hestia, hence my suggestion for them to just move on to their greener pastures. I'm a satisfied CWP Pro customer and can solve my own issues, wait for an update, or inquire of the other experts on this forum or the AlphaGNU forum.

yess! @overseer i agree that cwppro annually is worth it definitely ..

i know you from some other forum and i appricate your efforts to srt few issues!! some of them help me at some point.
