I build a new server on Dec 20 2023
Everything working good. No issues.
Around Jan 15 2024, I noticed that users were not able to see their database on the database manager on their panel.
The databases are there, because the websites work fine and I can see them in phpmyAdmin.
The following is the output of:
[root@app ~]# mysql -e "SELECT @@sql_mode;"
mysql: unknown variable 'sql_mode=STRICT_TRANS_TABLES,ERROR_FOR_DIVISION_BY_ZERO,NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION'
[root@app ~]#
Anyone have had this issue and know how to solve it?
Thank you

Under SQL Services -> MySQL Manager
Does it show the database and the correct associated database users?
If it does, login via the user control panel link next to the user name under User Accounts -> List Accounts
Let me know what you see.

Thank you for the reply.
I get this: Attention! An error occurred when listing databases.
On the user side, no databases. The only way to see it is from the PHPMyAdmin.
Thank you

Please review this file and delete usernames that are empty or do not have more than 8 characters.
/usr/local/cwp/.conf/mysql_user_prefix.conf

Hi josemnunez
Thanks for the reply
I found the file mysql_user_prefix.conf
This file is empty. No content on it

Likewise, all of my CWP servers have that file as empty.

Just wondering maybe an update caused that but I haven't updated anything on this server.
I started to configure another server today. I will replace the one with issues on Sunday. I will check this file and let you know if I find anything
